A Special meeting will be held on March 18, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. (In Person) in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building located at:

8-01 Fair Lawn Avenue

Commercial Application:

  1. Application #24-001, McDonald’s Real Estate Company,

37-01 Broadway, Block 2320, Lots 10, 11 & 12. Zone B-2 & R-1-3.

 

Mc Donald’s, a pre-existing restaurant. Received approvals in 2005 for the site and to install a drive thru.  Drive thru restaurants are not permitted in the B-2 Zone.

 

Borough ordinance 125-65A

The proposal is to remodel the existing McDonald restaurant.  Re-configure and maintain the drive thru.  Amend the prior site plan and parking. Proposal is to have 0 loading spaces where 1 is required as per Borough Ordinance 125-48(b).

A buffer of 4.5’ where 10’is required when abutting a residential zone as per Borough Ordinance 125-125-42(f) Sign variances required.

 

Other variances and waivers may be required for this application
