Special Event Coverage
While you or your family members are at a Fair Lawn event you can rest easy knowing that the Fair Lawn Volunteer Ambulance Corps members are there providing EMS for that event. Depending on the event, we might have a first responder vehicle or our ambulances and special operations truck on standby! During that event, if you need us, look out for our volunteer EMTs wearing Corps uniforms, come to one of our orange and white vehicles or our FLVAC EMS tent. We are happy to assist with your medical needs or to chat.
Demonstrations
Does your organization or school want to know more about EMS services in Fair Lawn? Do your children want to see the ambulance and the equipment we carry so they are not as afraid should they need our services? Schedule a demonstration today! We will bring at least one of our ambulances and our members to your Fair Lawn meeting, school or organization.

Cost
There is no cost for our services. We are a volunteer organization that depends on donations from the public. Private services charge $50.00 - $250.00 per hour per ambulance at an event. Please consider this when you are booking us for an event and considering a donation to help us continue to offer these services.
How To Schedule
To schedule our services at one of your events or to have a demonstration please send an e-mail to chief@fairlawnvac.com or call 201-797-5321. We will need the following information at least 30 days in advance:
- Your name
- Organization name
- Contact phone number
- Date of the event
- Start time of the event
- End time of the event
- Type of event
- Medical issues you anticipate
- Number of ambulances you are requesting
Unfortunately, due to our staff being volunteers we cannot guarantee that all events or demonstrations can be covered.
