  Special meeting will be held on June 16, 2025 (In-Person) at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building located at:

  1. Application #24-019, Broadway Medical, LLC.

            0-82 Midland Ave & 22-02 thru 22-18 Broadway. Block 3226.01, Lots 26.01,

           20, 25, 34, 35 & 36. Zone B-2.

Broadway Medical, 22-02 to 22-18 Broadway (26.01), 0-82 Midland Avenue (20), 0-102 Midland Avenue (25), 0-93 Whitehall Street (34), 0-89 Whitehall Street (35) 0-83 Whitehall Street (36) Property is a split zone B-2 General Business and R-1-3 Single family residential. Consolidate lots 25, 34, 35 and 36 with existing lot 26.01 to provide parking to support the existing medical facility. Subdivision of lot 20 for portion to be used as existing medical parking lot.  Leaving the existing single-family dwelling on proposed lot 20.01 and include the remaining portion of the subdivision to be included into existing lot 26.01.  Proposal to enclose the existing grade parking area located underneath the existing medical building to be utilized as medical office space.  Applicant also seeks associated siteimprovements, reconfiguration of the on-site parking, improvements to circulation installation of 15 EV spaces, ADA accessibility.

The Zoning Department is located in Room #112 of the Municipal Building.
 

A Zoning approval and permit is required for: 

  1. Above ground pools & hot tubs, enclosed porches, foyers, roofs over front platforms, decks, accessory structures, signs, CCO-new    tenants-$30 fee 
  2. New one family dwellings, garages, additions, dormers, add a levels, sunrooms, in ground pools -$45 fee 
  3. Commercial applications 
  4. Re- submittal – changes, revisions, or amendments to prior reviews - $25 fee 

A copy of the survey and a set of plans are required to be submitted with your zoning permit. 

A Zoning permit is required for Shed-New or replacement, Driveway-Replacement or Enlarging, Fences-Replacement or new, or Patio-Replacement. The fee is $60 and (2) two copies of the property survey are required to be submitted with the permit application. Walkways only need Zoning approval and there is no fee. Temporary storage bins require a permit. The fee is $60 and a copy of the property survey is required.

A zoning permit is required for the replacement of the public sidewalk, apron or curb.  A fee of $25.00 and a copy of your survey will be required to be submitted with the permit application.  An inspection of the forms will be required.
