Mini Bus Service

 

 Service Procedures

  • The minibus service is Monday through Friday, excluding Borough Holidays and only within Fair Lawn.
  • Residents can call up to two weeks in advance to reserve a pick up and drop off date & time.
  • Residents must call no later than 3pm the business day prior to arrange a pick up.
  • **Due to high usage it is suggested that you call as far in advance as possible.
  • Pick up and drop offs will be between the hours of 9am to 4pm, Monday- Friday. 
  • Service is available to all Fair Lawn residents, 18 years of age and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

 Procedures to Reserve your Pickup & Drop Off

  1. Call 201-794-5327. 
  2. If our office staff is unavailable please leave a message with your name, phone number and the date and time you would like to be picked up. 
  3. A member of our office staff will return your call to confirm the exact time and location of your pickup. 
  4. YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE CALL YOU BACK TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION.
  5. You must call by 3pm the business day prior (Monday- Friday) and you are allowed to call up to two weeks in advance. **For Monday pick up you must call on Friday (if Friday is a holiday/non- business day please call on the business day prior). 
  6. Pickup and Drop off times will be scheduled between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Disclaimer: Please note that your scheduled pick-up dates and times may be delayed or cancelled due to traffic, mechanical or weather related conditions. Our drivers will do their best to maintain these pick-up times but we ask that all residents give themselves sufficient time to arrive promptly to their locations. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation during these challenging days.

The free minibus is extremely popular and fills up quickly. If we are unable to accommodate your schedule please feel free to use one of the following transportation options.
