The Borough Manager is the Chief Administrative Official of the Borough. They are appointed by the Governing Body and runs the day-to-day operations to include hiring employees and overseeing all departments.
The Municipal Clerk is appointed by the Governing Body. The Municipal Clerk holds the Municipal Seal and is the official “Signature” of the Borough. The Clerk oversees meeting agendas, local elections, licensing and the Borough’s retainable and vital records.
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is appointed by the Governing Body and is responsible for overseeing the Borough's funds. The CFO manages the Finance Department and ensures the proper handling of financial services such as accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. They provide financial advice to the Mayor, Council, and Manager, help develop financial policies, and monitor the municipality's financial resources and performance.
The Chief of Staff to the Borough Manager provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Borough Manager, including project coordination, interdepartmental communication, policy implementation, and follow-up on Borough priorities.
