Low Income & Disabled Pool tags
Registration begins in June. You must be a Fair Lawn resident between the ages of 18-64 and be both permanently disabled and low income.
You will be required to complete an application and submit the following:
- Current year SSI (not SSD) STATEMENT or PROOF OF DISABILITY ALONG WITH PROOF OF GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE (Food Stamp, TANF, Public Housing award letter for current year) along with
- proof of address.
