[Fair Lawn] Borough Services to be affected due to George Frey Funeral

Borough services to be affected due to George Frey wake and funeral: 

     - Council meeting for January 16th has been cancelled.
     - Recreation and Parks Department will be closed on Wednesday, January
17th.
     - Community Center will be closed on Wednesday, January 17th. 
     - Borough Departments may be closed or have staff shortages on
Wednesday, January 17th from approximately 9 AM to 2 PM as the employees
attend the funeral of their friend and colleague. If possible, please try to
postpone your Borough business until Thursday.

this difficult time.
