Bids, RFP and RFQ Announcements

Specifications for BIDS and RFP's may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, 8-01 Fair Lawn Avenue, Room 216, during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. (holidays excluded). 

BIDS may be mailed CERTIFIED to the Municipal Clerk prior to the specified time, or hand delivered to the Municipal Clerk at the specified time (not later) and be presented in sealed envelopes, plainly marked with the bidder’s name and the item thereof. 

RFP's (Request for Proposals) may be mailed to the Borough Manager's Office prior to the specified time, or hand delivered at the Borough Manager's Office at the specified time (not later) and be presented in sealed envelopes, plainly marked with the bidder’s name and the item thereof. 

RFQ's (Request for Qualifications) may be mailed to the Municipal Clerk’s Office prior to the specified time, or hand delivered at the Municipal Clerk's Office at the specified time (not later) and be presented in sealed envelopes, plainly marked with the bidder’s name and the item thereof.  Through a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) process, persons and/or firms interested in assisting the Borough with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a Qualification Statement in accordance with the procedure and schedule in any particular RFQ. The Borough will review Qualification Statements only from those firms that submit a Qualification Statement which includes all the information required to be included as described (in the sole judgment of the Borough).

The Borough will not assume any responsibility for BIDS mailed in. Mailed BIDS must be by “CERTIFIED MAIL”.  BIDS are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.

The Borough of Fair Lawn reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS or to waive any informality therein if such action were deemed in the best interest of the Borough.

CURRENT BID's

1.       BID:              Water Meter Replacement Program Phase IV - Project #2289
          BID DATE:   Tuesday, July 10, 2018, 11:00 a.m.

Contract documents are on file in the Engineering Office, Fair Lawn Municipal Building, 8-01 Fair Lawn Avenue, Room 208, where they may be obtained during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. (holidays excluded) for a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars. 

NOTE:  Municipal Building Summer Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., closed on Fridays.  (July 2 - August 31, 2018)

          BID DATE:   Tuesday, July 10, 2018, 11:00 a.m.
